- We do not offer refunds for products once they are sold.
2. Replacement Policy
- We only offer a replacement if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- Customers must request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.
3. Proof Requirement
- To qualify for a replacement, customers must provide:
- A video recording of the product while unboxing (from the start of opening the package until the product is shown).
- The video must clearly show the damage or defect.
- Without an unboxing video, we will be unable to process replacement requests.
